This is one of my favorite recipes for the Holidays. We now enjoy it every year. It is great on Turkey, Ham, Cream Cheese, Cheese cake, and more. I had to share because I am so thankful that Linda shared this with me a few years ago. Enjoy!
Savory Santa Fe Style Cranberry Dressing
1 package Cranberries un-cooked, minced (mind you do not
chop them too fine or they will become juicy).
3-5 Finely Chopped Green Onions
Fresh Jalapeno (to taste) Finely Chopped
1 tsp. Cumin
1 C. Sugar
Cilantro (Fresh Hand Full) San
Stems or 1 toothpick Cilantro Essential Oil
Mix Ingredients and allow to set before serving. I love this
with Roasted Turkey and
all the Trimmings and Ham too!
It is also wonderful on Sandwiches
with Cream Cheese following the main dinner. Or for an appitizer poured over a
block of cream cheese, served with crackers.
