Peppermint

One of our family favorites. We use in a spray bottle with water and lavender and spray our beds down every night to keep spiders and bugs away while we sleep. We also use this combination when we have been out in the sun too long and for got sunscreen. We also rub on our temples and back of neck to cool our body temperature and ease tension. Our most family favorite is diffusing with Wild Orange.
