10 Essential Oils No One Should be Without

10 Essential Oils no one should be without

Her is a zoom class on these oils in the Family Essentials Kit. Enjoy!

10 Essential oils every home needs

1.  Lavender:  This versatile oil is great for  its calming and relaxing qualities • Soothes occasional skin irritations • Helps skin recover quickly • Eases muscle tension. We have used it for calming, body temperature, head tension, we diffuse all the time to keep our house calm and we sleep great. My son uses with Lemon and Peppermint for when the pollen is high.

2.  Lemon:  Drink water with a drop or 2 for a gentle detox.  Lemon keeps your lymphatic system moving. Excellent with a drop in a teaspoon of honey or to gargle with warm water.  It's a great cleaner. Lemon eases mental fatigue  exhaustion,  and more. We diffuse Lemon with Lavender a lot and it is great for bug repellent when camping. I also use it to clean around the house and my daughter loves it with warm water and honey, her tea.

3.  Peppermint:  Great for head tension and tiredness, cooling the body by reducing body temps by 3 to 5 degrees.  Relieves increases alertness. Great with lemon and lavender for air irritants. Use with Lavender and Frankincense for head tension. We use peppermint for cooking, cooling, studying, disinfectant, digestive aid and to keep us awake and alert while on road trips.

4.  Melaleuca:   Good for so many skin issues.  Very beneficial for occasional ear discomfort, do not drip into ears, eyes or nose. (that goes for any EO) Get's rid of fleas from your dogs, also gets rid of lice. We use Melaleuca on our tongue when feeling irritated and on our toes after being in public places, I am a swimmer,, I have used on my horse, dog and children. This one is with me always and on my night stand.

5.  Deep Blue Soothing Blend:   Soothes sore muscles and achy joints • Supports healthy circulation. The Deep Blue was the blend for me to get me off medications. I averaged one knock down dreadful head tension a month to maybe one once a year now and I don't need prescription drugs anymore, I just use The Soothing Blend. My mother uses it to support cartilage and joint function.

6. Oregano:  • Used as a powerful cleansing and purifying agent • Provides immune-enhancing benefits • Supports healthy digestion and respiratory function • Excellent source of antioxidants. We use it cooking, especially in our pot roast. Yum, nothing gets into the meat like the oils. Great for fighting environmental threats.

7.  On Guard - The Protective Blend:  Strengthens immune system, kills airborne pathogens by diffusing. Rub on feet for immune support and germ prevention.  Make The Protective Blend tea with warm water, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 drops of On Guard.  Rub on gums and teeth to reduce plaque and gum disease. We use in a roll on, on the bottom of feet everyday for preventive health care.

8.  Breath - Respiratory Blend:  Use this blend for respiratory issues, we rub it on our chest to open airways and bottom of our feet. One of our favorites to diffuse.Rub  under your nostrils to help open up airways and diffuse at night to help with those loud noises that happen while people sleep.  This essential oil blend will actually assist your body in fighting off infection! We diffuse Breathe at night to open airways for better sleep and my mother uses it daily.

9.  DigestZen - Digestive Blend:  A blend of essential oils that will work for any digestive disorder.   Rub 1-2 drops of  Digestive Blend on your stomach for all the above issues, dilute with Fractionated Coconut oil with small
children and the elderly.  Or take your drops with water or drop on tongue    Strengthen immunity with Digestive Blend. We use this blend for all of our digestive issues and we have had them all.

10.  Frankincense:  This amazing essential oil may help to oxygenate the pineal and pituitary glands.  Studies have shown that Frankincense can inhibit the growth of cancer cells.  This essential oil is the cornerstone of health. This is a must have and we use it for wrinkles, calming, a drop on my tongue everyday for preventative health, dry skin, diffuse with lemon and so much more.

I learned how emotions effect our mental and physical health and well-being. Never knew how pure the oils are and how they worked till I saw your webinare. I have been out of work due to a back injury which lead to surgery and a deep depression. I have a husband who suffers from high blood pressure an I am a mother of 3 boys, 16-13 (both with ADHD) and a very active 2 year old, stress is an everyday thing in our house. I have been lookinh for differant ways to have less pain, more energy and to get everyon in the household off of medication. Would love to win the family physician kit to start our journey.
    Thank You,
    Christi Daniele

  3. I watched the green cleaning video & I learned I will never use those cleaners again! I will be making my own!

  4. I watched the seasonal essential oils for spring and summer. I learned how potent the oils are and how effective they are to so many things we are faced with. My favorite is the combination of lemon, lavender, and peppermint for asthma. I liked the idea of Zen on the feet for anxiety as well. I enjoy learning about what you can do with oils!!

  5. I watched the video on inflamation. I learned frankincense and sandalwood are the two most oxygenating oils.

  6. I watched the seasonal oils. I learned how the oils are good for all the allergies we have!My favorite is the combination of LLP- lemon, lavender, and peppermint--I tried it today myself--so far so good! I am learning so much and really want to make this a part of our lives!

  7. I watched the medicine cabinet makeover video. I learned a lot.. My favorite was the Slim & Sassy helping support the bodies metabolism.

  8. I watched the Mood Matrix and the 4Blends...Serentiy, Citrus Bliss, Elevation, and Balance...all 4 great for hormones and the adrenals!

  9. I watched the Medicine Cabinet Makeover video. This year my family and I decided to make some drastic changes in our health and wellness and someone suggested we look into essential oils. I am so new to the topic, I am so glad I stumbled upon the Medicine Makeover Video because it really explained simply how I can incorporate them into our lives. What caught my eye was that essential oils can be very effective against mood swings, which I sure would love to see improve at my office, especially when there's a stressful situation arising.

  10. I watched Maternity and Infant Care. I am 20 weeks pregnant today, and have been reading about EOs for a little over a week. I have been collecting recipes and figuring out the most important EOs for my families needs, as I save up to buy some in prepration for birth and a new baby around Christmas! This video cemented some of my "must haves," like Clary Sage for increasing milk supply since I have only been able to nurse my other two for 8 weeks and 4 months before drying up. Of course it cemented the need for all the basics like lavender, peppermint, frankincense and so on as well. And it has encouraged me to move Immortelle from my eventually list to my need before birth list! I will be having a c-section and it was mentioned Helichrysum helped with healing but that immortelle could be used as well (since it has it in it plus, I can use it for all the other great reasons later.)

I also added the recommended book, Essential Oils for Pregnancy, Birth & Babies by Stephanie Fritz to my Amazon wish list. I dont have any other books I want to get, as I rather spend the money on the EOs and get free info online, but my sisters will be in the baby stage soon and I want something that can be passed around.

  11. I watched a video on the modern medicine cabinet, and it was very informative. Although I already know that prescription
drugs are just a bandaid and they don't resolve our medical issues. This is why I want to help myself and family.
