Peppermint




Peppermint Essential Oil

One of our family favorites. We use in a spray bottle with water and lavender and spray our beds down every night to keep spiders and bugs away while we sleep. We also use this combination when we have been out in the sun too long and for got sunscreen. We also rub on our temples and back of neck to cool our body temperature and ease tension. Our most family favorite is diffusing with Wild Orange.

Primary Benefits
- Promotes healthy respiratory function and clear breathing
- Eases occasional digestive discomfort
- Releases feelings of tension in the head and neck

Suggested Uses
Aromatically
Diffuse or rub a few drops into the palms and inhale to aid in clearing airways and promoting normal respiratory health.

Topically
Rub 1-2 drops around the head and neck area. 

Internally
Add a couple drops to tea, water for a refreshing flavor. 

Emotionally
The Oil of a Buoyant Heart
Peppermint brings joy and buoyancy to the heart and soul. It invigorates body, mind and spirit and reminds individuals that life can be happy and there is nothing to fear. Peppermint can assist an individual in regaining the strength needed to face their emotional reality.
