One of my favorite things to do is be creative in the kitchen and there are so many smoothie varieties. It is so fun to make different smoothies. I just throw what I have together and everyone enjoys. I am excited to share this recipe with you. Feel free to add what ever you would like.
I invite you to be creative.
Tip - When your fruit starts to go bad and is no longer fresh, put it in a freezer container and store in freezer. There will always be fruit for smoothies. When your banana's start going bad and you don't have time to make banana bread, peel them and freeze them. When the strawberries start to get soft, cut the tops off and freeze. From melons, to grapes to pineapple and berries. Fruit smoothies are wonderful. Especially when kids want something sweet!
What you need
1/2 cup Kale (optional)
1 cup water or coconut water, I recommend coconut water

1-2 drops of Lime essential oil

You may also add fresh mint leaf if you desire
My mouth waters just thinking about it. I love this smoothie. To learn more about Lime Essential Oil, click here.
