Getting Motivated

It has been a while since I have written, life happens and I was spending time and taking care of my mother the last stages of her life, My sweet mother passed away in May 2019. The things that happen in life and so many emotions and so much going on. It has been hard for me to get back into writing. I love to write and thought how can I transition back into it. It has been a struggle. 

 Then I remembered to use my essential oils and I got my motivate blend out and diffused it and put the roll on next to my computer and started using it. When I started using the Motivate blend, I laughed at myself. You are being silly, just sit down and write. The Motivate Blend was the push that I needed. 

I am so grateful for this blend. 

I have been diffusing the Motivate the last three mornings and I have gotten a lot of things crossed of my list. Here I am, writing, and it feels so good. Let me tell you more about this blend.
