5 drops Vetiver
5 drops Jasmine
3 cups of salt (Epsom, Himalayan, sea salt or salt of your choice

February 2020 Full Snow Moon Ritual

Traditionally, the Moon we see in February is called the Snow Moon due to the typically heavy snowfall of February. On average, February is the USA’s snowiest month, according to data from the National Weather Service.

February 9th, 2020 brings a Full Moon. The Sun in Aquarius is a time for self-expression. Expression of affection builds bridges. It warms hearts. It can even change lives. When the Moon is moving through Leo, you will have a stronger desire to let others know how you feel. You’ll be more apt to tell people that you love them, or express your appreciation for them. Being honest and vulnerable is about as brave, beautiful, awe-inspiring, confident, and cool as it gets.

February’s Full Snow Moon rises on the night of February 8 and peaks in the early hours of February 9.

The February Full Moon was known by early Native American tribes as the Full Snow Moon because the heaviest snows usually fell during this time of the year. The Snow Moon name dates back to the Native Americans during Colonial times when the Moon was a way of tracking the seasons.

This Snow Full Moon comes to clear away the darkness within. Leo is ruled by the sun, which makes this Full Moon extra special. It will light your inner fire and remind you that life is for living and experiencing new things, failing, learning, succeeding not controlling.

Allow space for yourself during this time and enjoy the transition of letting of things that no longer sever you of your heart, body, mind and out of your life! It is time for releasing!

This Full Moon will give you a boost of self-esteem and positive energy.

The February Full Moon is a time to connect to our higher selves. It is a time to connect to our own inner self, the core of who we are. Enjoy this month’s Ritual.
