Holiday Relief with Essential Oils

Last night I hosted a Holiday  Relief with Essential Oils class. We had such a great time. I really enjoyed meeting new people and sharing the oils with them. I showed them all a simple hand massage with the Essential oils, some gift ideas and more. We passed around the oils for Stress Relief and Shifting moods. It was a wonderful evening of sharing.

The holidays can be a stressful time. Being around family can be overwhelming, when it should be full of joy and love. With today's stresses in life we sometimes forget to be loving and remember the important things in life. Applying the oils topically and internally can also help through those unexpected times

Topically - Apply to the feet or hands. If you see someone or you yourself are stressed through the holidays or anytime, place a drop on and rub. You can rub on the bottom of your feet or on your hands, give someone a hand or foot massage.

Internally - Enjoy Lavender or Roman Chamomile. in a warm cup of water with honey to relax before bedtime or anytime to help calm nerves and relax.
