So how can you improve the quality of sleep naturally without turning to prescription drugs or over-the-counter medications?
Here are some tips to help you sleep better. First keep a Journal by your bed of when you go to sleep and wake up. Go to bed at the same time every night. Eat a Banana an hour before going to bed. If your mind is racing, then write it down, get it off your chest. Take a few deep breathes, let go of the day. It is over, get some rest for tomorrow. Get in to a routine. Do you need an alarm clock or do you wake up the same time every morning? How do you wake up, it it a loud obnoxious noise or soothing music?
Make sure your alarm clock is not a loud noise, that is no way to wake up. If you stick to a routine, you should not need the Alarm clock.
