Everyone, even children get sore muscles, I found this great recipe in the Essential Life book that we have been using in foot soaks.
Sore Muscle Soak
rosemary, 1 drop ginger into 1/2 cup Epsom salt. Add to bathtub of hot water and soak for up to thirty minutes. Remember to drink lots of water while soaking and thereafter.
We have been cutting this recipe in half for foot soaks. A great way to relax and unwind.
