My Story using doTERRA's LIFELONG Vitality Supplements

In 2008, I was getting back into shape after having three kids. My body was different, my life was different and it was a struggle. I was overweight, I didn't feel good, I had weekly crippling head tension, so much to do at work, nervous all the time, my mind would race all night long not allowing me to calm down and get any rest. 

I was not taking care of myself. It is hard when you have three little ones or even just a husband to take care of, then to remember to take care of yourself. Which is extremely important, you can't take care of your loved ones if you are not healthy.

I was introduced to a new lifestyle that changed my life and taught me how to take much better care of myself.

My neighbor introduced doTERRA to me, I knew nothing about essential oils, I was interested and eager to learn more. I am so grateful to her for stopping by that day because it was life changing. I had so much to learn about essential oils and doTERRA products. I am still learning and loving the doTERRA lifestyle after all this time. The LLV was just the beginning.

It is so hard to get motivated and I was in a rut. I started taking the doTERRA Lifelong Vitality supplements and within a week I felt so much better. I was sleeping through the night and not waking up at 3-4 am with my mind racing. Within two months I no longer was suffering from the crippling head tension (I was on a narcotic prescription drug and haven't taken it since 2009). I was feeling good!

Through the next few years of life happenings, trauma, hardships, loss and being the caregiver for my mother and now disabled husband while maintaining a household and raising children, the LLV was a must and a blessing. I was consistent for years and then my mother's dementia kicked in and she moved in with us and we cared for her since 2009 and in our home since 2014. My mother was also taking the LLV until she could not swallow the supplements anymore. She was bed ridden in 2009 and we started her on the supplements and within two weeks she was out of bed, motivated and moving again.
