The Oil of Breath

This is an amazing blend for any respiratory issues. The Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint Essential Oils are great for occasional respitory relief. I love rubbing the Peppermint and Lavender on the end of my nose and diffusing at night while we are sleeping. I still gargle and swallow the Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint in water, but I love the This Blend on the end of my nose. If you have watery eyes, if you can stand it rub Lavender under your eyes, dilute with Fractionated coconut oil.

I have this blend with me at all times, in my hand bag, in my saddle bags and in every room in the house.
When my children have an occasional irritated throat, we rub on the bottom of their feet, my husband loves when we diffuse it at night so I don't snore.

My sister in-law and my sister rarely use there i hailers they apply a wonderful  Blend and rubs there hands together and cups them over one another an inhale. She still has her inhaler just in case. I am delighted to share this blend with you.

The Breathe Better Blend

This is an amazing blend of Laurel Leaf (Bay), Peppermint, Eucalyptus radiata, Melaleuca alternifolia, Lemon and Ravensra. Many of these oils have been studied for their abilities to open and soothe the tissues of the respiratory system and also for their abilities to combat airborne bacteria and viruses that could be harmful to the system.

Common Uses

• Maintains clear airways and breathing • Supports overall respiratory health • Helps minimize the effects of seasonal threats

Emotions Addressed

Sadness, grief, despair, unloved, difficulty breathing, constriction, distrust. Breathe Blend addresses the inability to let go of grief and pain. The individual in the need of Breathe Blend struggles to breathe and literally feels suffocated by sadness. The lungs and air passages become constricted, preventing air and emotion from releasing. Respiratory Blend encourages individuals to release grief and sadness and to receive love and healing. This blend teaches individuals to embrace life through breath.
