Patience

I know many of us are being tested with Patience. I have three teenager and a disabled husband, we are all home together all of the time. Just like most of us these days. How do we cope with changes and always being together. Well a few months ago we all wanted more time, everyone was too busy and didn’t have time. Maybe that is why all of this is happening. Now we have time together, I hear people complaining. Really what will it take to make everyone happy? I acknowledge others feelings, I also know we all have different persceptions and different things are happening. Be aware of others, we are not alone and there is always someone struggling worse than you. Keep your faith, and choose love over fear. Be patient, we will get through this.

Enjoy this time with your loved ones, remember when there was never enough time and now you have time and you are together, enjoy it! I know it has been a few weeks and we are all ready to get back to the way things were. News flash, nothing will ever be the same and it is going to take time.

While we wait patiently for the unknown and the new. This week is all about patience, everyone is on edge and ready to get back to work, running kids, going out, being social. We have to be patience and I am going to share some tools to help you get through this week or if you are finding this post later, to help you learn some patience and know that you are not alone.

Please enjoy this weeks affirmation, gemstone, essential oil and Steel Drum Sound meditation.

Affirmation
How far can you run before you start to feel lost? Running away from your problems and your pain is no longer serving you. Today you must embrace all that you feel and accept its presence in your life. It is only through accepting that you can truly start the path of healing. It has been very difficult to accept the changes that are happening right now.

“Today, I accept where I am and how I am feeling, I accept all that has happened in my life and I accept that this is where I am meant to be right now.”

Gemstone

Amber
Colour: Golden Brown, Yellow
Chakra:
Sacral, Solar Plexus
Origin:
Italy, Poland, UK, Russia, Germany, Romania, Dominican Republic, Sweden

Amber is a fossilised tree resin embedded with fauna, flora and other minerals. It has a strong connection with Earth, so it can stabilise emotions and promote patience.
As a cleanser of the Sacral Chakra, amber is particularly useful when you need patience during a creative pursuit. Whether you’re an artist, writer or training for a marathon, amber gives you the courage to trust the process.
Note: Genuine Baltic amber is claimed to be the most powerful.

When these oils are blended, it creates a beautiful aroma. Put a few drops in of each in a diffuser together or make a roll on to take with you wherever you go.

We have been through so much together, we all have different perceptions on what is happening right now, we have learned to come together, we have regained our faith and now we are doing the best we can to be patience.

We will get through this and things are going to be so much better. As hard as it is right now, something good will come from all of this and we will learn what we need to learn along the way.
I hope you find one of these tools to be helpful.
