I have to share with you one of my favorite
recipes. I could eat the whole pan by myself, of course it would take a few
days. They are so good and easy to make.
Recipe
Butter
Powdered
Sugar
Salt
Flour
Eggs
Sugar
Lemon Juice
Water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
To make the Crust
1 cup soft butter Cut in the butter
1/2 cup sugar
Dash of salt
2 cups of flour
Combine
all and mix well. Press into a 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15
minutes.
Filling
4 eggs beaten
1/4 cup flour
2 cups sugar
6 tbsp lemon juice
9 drops Lemon Oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs beaten
1/4 cup flour
2 cups sugar
6 tbsp lemon juice
9 drops Lemon Oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
Combine
flour & sugar, mix in beaten eggs and lemon, pour into the slightly cooled
crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool for about 2 hours. Let
cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
